THE PROCEDURE TEXT :

1. THE WAY OF MAKING FRIED RICE
  • Ingredients
a. 3 cups water
b. 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking brown rice
c. 2 tablespoons peanut oil
d.1 small yellow onion, chopped
e.1 small green bell papper, chopped
f. 1 tespoon garlic
g. 3 green onion, thinly sliced
h. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
i. 1 cup frozen petite peas
j. 2 tespoons sesame oil
k. 1/4 cup roasted peanut

  • Directions
Step 1 : in a saucepan bring water to a boil. stir in rice. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2 : meanwhile, heat peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. add onions, bell pepper, garlic and pepper flakes, to taste. cook 3 minutes, strring occasionally.
Step 3 : increase heat to medium-high and star in cooked rice, green onions and soy sauce. stir-fry for 1 minute. add peas and cook 1 minute more. remove from heat and put dawn on the plate. add sesame oil and mix well. garnish with peanuts, if desired.

2. THE WAY OF MAKING PELECING (WATER SPINACH)
  • Ingredients
a. 2 lb of water spinach (cleaned and discard any tough stems)
b. 1 tsp salt
c. 1 tsp lime juice
d. ½ tsp sugar
e. 6 tbs oil, heat dawn
  • Seasoning
a. 5 crushed red chili
b. 3 red onion
c. 3 chili sauce
d. 5 grain candlenut, without oil
e. 2 tbs shrimp, grilled

  • Directions
Step 1 : crushed red chili, chili sauce, onion, pecans, and shrimp paste with water.
Step 2 : boiled spinach until wilted, remove and flush with cold water, and drain.
Step 3 : spices mixed with salt, lemon juice, and sugar, set aside. heat the cooking oil.
Step 4 : pour oil into the spice mixture and stir well. pour spice up the kale that has been placed on a plate. serve.

3. THE WAY OF MAKING BANANA JUICE
  • Ingredients
a. 2 large Bananas, chopped
b. 1 tsp honey
c. 11/2 cups milk or water
  • Tools
a. glass

c. blender
d. knife

  • Directions
Step 1 : fill blender with banana chunks and honey and 1/2 cup milk. (used milk for better taste or use water to make it a low calorie juice).
Step 2 : blend all ingredients together until smooth puree.
Step 3 : add remaining 1 cup milk and blend again for 30 secounds.
Step 4 : check consistency, if you feel that its too thick, then add more water or milk to dilute it and blend it again for 5 secounds.
Step 5 : four it in serving glasses, garnish with a banana wheel and serve.
